We aim to support individuals on key life and professional moments, by providing career planning advice and support on the execution so they can achieve they ensure alignment with their value, goals and competencies.
We also support companies with their Human Resources, Talent, and International Recruitment needs. In addition, we help Latin professionals quickly adapt and succeed in their careers in Canada through Acclimation Sessions during their immigration or recruitment processes.

With over 18 years of experience working & consulting in the Human Resources, People & Culture space, Marina has supported several people on their professional & life needs. She is an Organizational Psychologist with MBA in Human Resources and several certifications in Design Thinking, Positive Psychology & Employee Experience.
She is known for being personable, professional, and pragmatic, with a sound work ethic. Also, a strong advocate for mental health programs and employee-centric approaches, creating positive employee experiences, business results and fostering career & personal growths.
Thaissa Urbano
Career Specialist
Thaissa Urbano, a Psychology undergraduate and Human Resources Intern, brings a dynamic combination of skills in active listening, conflict resolution, and tailored career consulting. With experience in supporting professionals in crafting impactful resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation, Thaissa is passionate about empowering individuals to align their career paths with their personal and professional goals.
Currently based in Brazil, Thaissa collaborates with VIDA Consulting to mentor clients at crucial stages of their professional journey. Her dedication and expertise ensure that each client feels confident and prepared to thrive in competitive markets like Canada, the U.S., and Brazil.
