With over 18 years of experience working & consulting in the Human Resources, People & Culture space, Marina has supported several people on their professional & life needs. She is an Organizational Psychologist with MBA in Human Resources and several certifications in Design Thinking, Positive Psychology & Employee Experience.

She is known for being personable, professional, and pragmatic, with a sound work ethic. Also, a strong advocate for mental health programs and employee-centric approaches, creating positive employee experiences, business results and fostering career & personal growths.

Thaissa Urbano

HR & Career Consultant

Thaissa Urbano, is currently studying Psychology and brings a dynamic combination of skills in active listening, conflict resolution, and tailored career consulting. With experience in supporting professionals in crafting impactful resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation, she is passionate about empowering individuals to align their career paths with their goals.
